On #SKY I'm not trying to catch a move from the middle of the range. Interest only appears on a deep pullback to the area where the buyer already stepped in before.
The 0.04853–0.04978 zone formed after a sharp drop in late June. Price spent time inside it, built volume, then moved up quite sharply. For me that's a sign that on a retest demand can show up again.
I get that the asset can reverse earlier and never reach my orders. But an entry higher gives a worse invalidation, so I'd rather wait for a full return to the base of the prior move.
Entry: two limits — 0.04978 and 0.04853. Stop: 0.04696. Potential: 3–30% net move. Risk: 1% on the whole idea — 0.5% per limit.
Stop sits under the lower edge of the zone and prior lows. If the market pushes through and accepts below 0.04696, the buyer no longer defends it and the original logic is gone.
After the first 3–5% net move, part of the position can be taken, and the stop gradually moved to breakeven. From there we manage by price reaction — no need to force the max target.
More live setups and interim position updates I publish inside Community.
