BingX registration and KYC: how to open and secure your account

BingX registration from scratch: how to create and secure an account, complete KYC, and avoid common rejections.

BingX registration takes a few minutes. But if you skip account security or mess up KYC, the first deposit quickly turns into an extra problem.

That's why I don't separate profile creation from security and verification. A working account is not just an email with a password — it's a profile you can securely access and that is ready for buying crypto. Start registration via this link.

What to prepare before BingX registration

Before opening the form, gather everything you need. Then you won't have to interrupt KYC, hunt for a document, or recover email access mid-check.

You'll need:

  • an email or phone number you can access right now;
  • a unique password you don't use on other sites;
  • a phone with a working camera;
  • a document from the list BingX accepts in your region;
  • a few minutes of good lighting for document photos and the face check.

Usually the list includes a passport and ID card, while extra document options depend on the country. Don't rely on someone else's year-old screenshot — check the options in your own form.

Before the check I wipe the camera and choose a spot without a harsh lamp over the document. Glare on plastic or a laminated page is one of the most banal reasons to retake the photo.

Registration is free, and you don't need a deposit to create an account.

The full on-screen process is in the short video below. In the text I'll cover registration, account protection, and KYC in more detail, including reasons for rejection.

Step 1. Create the account and verify your details

Open BingX via the AXON registration link and tap “Sign up”. Enter your email or phone and set a separate password for the exchange.

The password shouldn't just look “complex”. I use a long unique combination and keep it in a password manager. Date of birth, name plus year, or your main email password don't belong here: a compromise of one service shouldn't open the exchange.

If you register via a partner link (like this one), check the referral code field before creating the account. The code isn't required for registration itself, but adding it later can be limited and may depend on whether the account was already funded.

Then pass CAPTCHA and enter the code sent to your email or phone. If there's no message, check Spam and Promotions, the address spelling, and only then request a new code.

After the profile is created, don't rush to deposit. Security first.

Step 2. Turn on two-factor authentication

One password is weak protection for an account that will hold money.

In security settings find Google Authenticator and link the app. Two-factor authentication, or 2FA, adds a second code: even if the password leaks, login or a sensitive action still needs confirmation from your device.

The flow is usually:

  • open Account & Security or the Security Center;
  • choose Google Authenticator;
  • scan the QR code or enter the key manually;
  • enter the email code and the current app code;
  • save the backup key in a safe place.

Don't keep the backup key only as a screenshot in the same gallery as the authenticator app. I store it separately: if the phone is lost, recovery is shorter.

Google Authenticator codes refresh about every 30 seconds. If a code is rejected, first check automatic time settings on the phone instead of typing the same combination again and again.

After 2FA, check the list of active devices and security notifications. The earlier you build this minimum, the calmer the rest of the work feels.

Step 3. Complete BingX KYC

KYC, or Know Your Customer, confirms the identity of the account owner. The exchange matches the document and face check to reduce stolen-identity risk, fraud, and disputed operations.

Without verification, some features may be closed or limited. Limits and available functions depend on region and verification level.

Open your profile, choose identity verification and individual verification. Specify the country or region that issued the document, then pick the document from the list.

Then the system asks you to photograph the document and complete a face check. In the app the flow is usually easier because the camera and prompts are on one device.

I don't try to “improve” the photo with filters. KYC needs a readable document, not a pretty picture: normal light, all corners in frame, no glare, fingers, or cropped edges.

For the face check, remove glasses and headwear, keep your face centered, and follow on-screen commands. Don't upload someone else's photo and don't outsource KYC — the account must belong to the person named on the document.

Step 4. What to check after successful verification

“Verified” is not a reason to move a large sum right away.

First I run a short checklist:

  • email and phone are correct;
  • 2FA is active;
  • no unfamiliar devices or sessions;
  • the profile name matches the bank account you'll use for P2P;
  • region and document details look correct.

After that you can open Rewards Hub and check tasks available for a new account. Promos, vouchers, and rules change, and some rewards must be claimed manually after completing a task.

Don't treat a voucher as cash you can withdraw to a card immediately. Every bonus has its own terms: where it works, what it covers, and which part of the result you can use. Read the task card before the deposit or trade, not after.

I treat bonuses as an extra, not a reason to rush. Account, security, and a clear first step come first — promos later.

Common mistakes during BingX registration and KYC

Most rejections and problems come from rushing, not from a hard procedure.

  • Registering with an email you can't reliably access. Without it, confirming login and recovering the profile gets harder.
  • Reusing a password from another service. One leak opens several accounts at once.
  • Skipping 2FA and moving straight to funding. Protection is easier to enable before funds appear.
  • Choosing the wrong document-issuing country. Residence and document country can be different fields.
  • Uploading a blurry or cropped photo. All data and document edges must be readable.
  • Shooting the document with glare. A lamp over a laminated page often covers the number or date.
  • Completing the face check with glasses, a mask, or poor light. The system needs a clear view of the face.
  • Creating a second account after rejection. One document usually can't be used for multiple profiles; read the reason and fix the submission first.
  • Entering data differently from the document. Name and other fields must match the official spelling.

If you get a rejection, don't panic. Read the exact reason, reshoot the document in daylight, and retry by the instructions. When the wording is unclear, support is better than sending the same bad photo several times.

Summary

BingX registration ends not after the email code, but after three steps: account created, protection on, KYC done. I wouldn't move money earlier — five extra minutes here remove far more problems later.
