The file is built with PyInstaller — the standard way to pack a Python app into a single .exe.
If you upload the exe to VirusTotal — don't panic: similar builds often get 3–8 hits out of 60+ engines. These are heuristic false positives, not a consensus “this is a trojan”.
Major AV vendors usually stay clean: Microsoft Defender, Kaspersky, ESET, Bitdefender, Avast, AVG, Norton, McAfee, Google, Sophos, and others — typically no detection.
We're not hiding code: the app only connects to AXON servers, shows signals, and sends anonymous telemetry (device_id, open/login). No miners, keyloggers, or hidden installs.
VirusTotal tags pua + pyinstaller mean “packed Python app without vendor reputation”, not “all 68 AVs found a trojan”.
On a typical build check — about 5 of 68 engines, ~63 clean. Real malware usually triggers 20+ major vendors at once.
| Engine | Detection | Why it's not a virus |
|---|---|---|
| Yandex | Riskware.PyInstaller | Names the PyInstaller packer, not a trojan. Riskware = “unknown packed exe”. |
| Malwarebytes | Malware.AI.* (AI heuristic) | Model hit without a specific malware signature. Common on PyInstaller and fresh unsigned exe. |
| Bkav Pro | W64.AIDetectMalware / trojan | Small engine, AI-detect heuristic on packer behavior — known false positives on legit PyInstaller builds. |
| Gridinsoft | Trojan.Heur! / malicious | Heur prefix = heuristic, not a confirmed trojan. |
| SecureAge Apex | Malicious | Less common engine, often flags any unsigned packed exe. |

See “Antivirus flagged the file?” above — usually PyInstaller heuristics, not a trojan.
